Pure PRP Supraphysiologic
Establishing the standards for exceptional patient care
Pureprp® supraphysiologic
Empowering regeneration with nature's finest
PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic (PurePRP® SP) is a proprietary form of autologous platelet-rich plasma developed by Medica Center. It contains a complex composition of cellular components derived from your blood that can be used to treat and repair a wide range of injuries and conditions. This revolutionary therapy is the cornerstone of the regenerative treatment options used in modern medicine and is rapidly becoming a standard of care.
PurePRP® SP is often chosen over surgery for many conditions, including degenerative joint disease and tendon or ligament injuries, due to its regenerative power, which has been shown to play a supportive role in improving clinical outcomes. What sets PurePRP® SP apart is that it is the only point-of-care system that selectively removes wound-inhibiting factors while concentrating regenerative cellular components. This unique capability makes the PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic brand the most dominant PRP in the market, as confirmed by the Grand View Research project.
PurePRP® SP stands out with its focus on PURE POWER, PURE SIMPLICITY, and PURE HEALING.
The undeniable success of
pureprp® supraphysiologic
The success of PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic (PurePRP® SP) is clear, and there’s a reason for it. It offers the ideal cellular composition at optimal concentrations, making it a clinical breakthrough with no equivalent elsewhere. PurePRP® SP delivers the highest concentration of regenerative cells, free from the harmful contaminants often found in other PRP products.
This system surpasses the clinical standards for effective PRP, offering between 7 to 21 billion platelets in a single treatment sample. Unlike many other PRP systems, it avoids creating a diabetic condition at the injection site—an issue known to hinder effective wound healing. Additionally, the system eliminates red blood cell content, which can cause pain and inflammation at the injection site. It also allows the practitioner to control neutrophil content, providing the ability to selectively target wounds that require antimicrobial debridement or controlled inflammatory responses.
The comprehensive capabilities of PurePRP® SP are unparalleled at the point of care, setting it apart as a truly unique and powerful regenerative solution developed by Medica Center.

Platelet concentration in PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic
Deliverable platelets refer to the actual volume of viable platelets present in a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment sample. PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic provides between 7 and 21 billion platelets in a 7mL treatment sample, with the typical amount for patients with normal platelet counts being around 9 billion platelets. This is up to 2 billion more than the minimum required for an effective treatment. The higher volume of deliverable platelets boosts the activity of growth factors and cytokines, which play a critical role in tissue repair. Platelet alpha granules are rich in growth factors that aid in healing, while cytokines help recruit and guide regenerative cells to the site of injury. The deliverable platelet count is a key indicator of the potency of the PRP biologic.

Inflammatory and Antimicrobial Functions of Neutrophils
Neutrophils are the most prevalent type of white blood cells and are the first to respond to an injury or infection through a process known as chemotaxis. They play a critical role in initiating acute inflammation by reacting aggressively to chemical signals from cytokines. The primary antimicrobial function of neutrophils is to ingest and eliminate foreign substances through phagocytosis. Typically, neutrophils have a short lifespan (1-2 days) and are cleared by tissue macrophages. However, in situations where neutrophils cannot be cleared, they undergo necrosis, releasing all their intracellular contents. This results in the intensification and extension of the inflammatory response, which is a concern for medical practitioners.
antimicrobial versatility
of pureprp® supraphysiologic
Antimicrobial Versatility of PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic
What sets PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic apart is its ability to significantly increase monocyte concentrations while giving practitioners control over neutrophil content. This flexibility is crucial for healthcare providers, as different types of wounds require tailored antimicrobial treatments. For instance, infected wounds may benefit from the combined antimicrobial effects of both high neutrophil and high monocyte levels, whereas joint injections might be more effectively treated with the non-inflammatory antimicrobial properties of monocytes alone, without the acute inflammatory response caused by neutrophils. Ultimately, it is up to practitioners to determine the best approach for their patients, and they value the versatility offered by the PurePRP SupraPhysiologic Concentrating System—a unique feature that contributes to its growing success.
The treatment
A transformative therapy experience
The composition of PurePRP® SupraPhysiologic (SP) has been proven to alleviate symptoms or even resolve many debilitating conditions affecting bones, joints, and other tissues. Patients have experienced significant success with this point-of-care therapy as an alternative to surgery or other invasive treatments. The procedure is performed directly at the patient’s bedside. On the day of treatment, the patient is made comfortable while a qualified technician prepares the PurePRP® SP sample. The injection site is thoroughly cleaned and anesthetized locally. Using a fine needle, the physician carefully administers PurePRP® SP into the targeted area, often utilizing guided ultrasound or fluoroscopy. The procedure is typically completed in under 30 minutes. Afterward, the physician provides detailed instructions for recovery during the outpatient phase. Following the injection, a series of bioactive processes trigger tissue repair, continuing for weeks after just one application. Most patients notice improvements in pain relief and mobility within weeks to months.
