Progenikine® Stem Cells from Adipose Tissue
The Progenikine® Adipose Concentrating System processes adipose tissue into a purified, emulsified, and concentrated treatment sample. Designed to efficiently and thoroughly eliminate inflammatory oils and infranatant contaminants, it ensures a clinically pure sample suitable for advanced medical practices. Using a scientifically validated automated centrifugal method, Progenikine® prepares a highly concentrated adipose sample. This adipose concentrate contains viable progenitor cells with self-renewal and multipotent differentiation abilities, enhancing its regenerative potential for fat transfer in reconstructive treatments. These progenitor cells can differentiate into various cell types, including adipocytes, chondrocytes, myocytes, osteoblasts, and neurocytes, all of which contribute to tissue regeneration and have been proven effective in a variety of therapeutic applications.

Progenikine® utilizes centrifugal separation to concentrate adipose tissue and separate oil and infranatant impurities. The upper aspiration port allows for the thorough extraction of the oil impurity, while the lower aspiration port ensures the complete removal of the infranatant impurity. Progenikine® prepares adipose concentrate in under 5 minutes. The centrifugation process removes the need for decanting during processing, although collection decanting is still employed to assist in replacing the effluent fluid with adipose.
Adicen Micro-Fragmentation System
Adicen is a three-phase micro-fragmentation accessory designed to emulsify adipose molecules into macrofat (MA), microfat (MI), and nanofat (NA). Its device incorporates emulsification sizes of 2.4mm, 1.4mm, and 1.2mm within a single, user-friendly accessory that is easy to manage and operate. It enables the injection of adipose tissue through fine gauge hypodermic needles, aiding in providing cushioning and structural reinforcement to treated areas. This system also facilitates the delivery of a rich supply of adipose-derived stem cells, which is crucial for the success of adipose regenerative therapies.
