  • Hurstville City Councillors unanimously granted a deferred commencement consent to DA 20050607 for construction of an eight storey commercial building for a medical centre, retail shops and public car park on Lot 1, DP 169273 and Lot 1, DP 260103, and known as 31 Dora Street, Hurstville. (Refer DA consent and conditions) 3 May 2006
  • Department of Health conditional approval of the Surgery Centre June 2006
  • Hurstville City Council granted approval to deferred commencement consent to DA 20050607 on 18 September 2006 having complied with all deferred commencement conditions.
  • Hansen Yuncken have been appointed builder for the Medica Centre
  • construction commencement Feb 2008
  • Expected building occupancy July 2010
